TWJ is currently implementing its automated scheduling software for teleconferencing–encompassing phone number scheduling, conference bridge scheduling, and labor scheduling–at this $250 million conferencing company. This scheduling system has been customized to the requirements of Premiere’s overseas operations in Europe and Asia as well as to the specific needs of Premiere’s operations in the U.S.

TWJ developed for ConferencePlus an Outlook plug-in that enables teleconferencing customers to use Outlook to automatically schedule conference calls, including Web conferences, by making use of Outlook’s built in meeting function. The plug-in’s functionality includes notifying invited participants via email of conferencing information such as phone number and pass code.
